Hi all,

Quick introduction: I'm a 26 year old female, currently 185 lbs and looking to get down to 150. I've been working out fairly consistently but not very knowledgeably for the past few months and finally decided to get myself on track to really losing. I've been vegan for about eight months and generally eat very healthy but too much. I'm also halfway through Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and have lost inches but not pounds doing that, so today was my official first day actually diligently logging calories. I'm also a new graduate student in the first year of my MA in Seattle.
