I am a 63 year old mother who lost 25 pounds for my daughter's wedding which was in the middle of September. Since July 1st, I was on a 1200 calorie diet and was able to lose 25 pounds before the wedding. And I was happy for that. However, since then I have only lost inches and not pounds. I have stayed under the 1200 or at 1200 calories for so long that I am afraid that my body is thinking I am starving. .Any suggestions or any similar problems? I would like to lose 10-15 more pounds. Thanks, Alison

Congrats on the loss and the wedding of your daughter.
You're losing inches so your body is still changing. The muscle you are adding weighs more for the space its in, vs fat.
Have you re-run your numbers lately? 1200 calories is pretty low for most, even me and I'm only 4'10" You may need to increase a bit. How is your overall nutrition within those calories?
What types of workouts are you doing?0
