Is there any way of finding out if you stick to you assigned caloric intake and keep up with the excerise regiman you're suppose to, of finding out when to expect to get to your ideal weight?

This is quite easy to calculate. If you are in a 1000/day caloric deficit (2 pounds per week) and you have 50 pounds to lose if you stick with it you should reach your goal in 50/2 = 25 weeks.0

10 pounds at 1 pound per week equals 10 weeks.0
