Hey everyone! So I'm 5'3" and I'm hovering around 122 lbs. I've lost 40 lbs so far, and I've noticed that with the last 15 lbs, my body really started transform. The fat just started melting off my belly and thighs. That being said, I still have some fat in those areas and I think I have just around 10-15 more lbs to lose before I look completely toned and fit. Any tips to lose the weight? Have any girls around my height (5'3ish) been able to successfully get from 120 to 110?

Honestly, everyone is different. I've been 120lbs, 110lbs, 100lbs, 90lbs, and even a bit below that. For some very small framed women, 100lbs and 5'3 looks great, while others look sickly. Some girls look perfect at 135 and 5'3... It's really up to your body type. My sister who is 4'11 looks too thin at anything under 115 while I feel that I look my best at 108-110.
Keeping all of that in mind, you also have to take your muscularity into consideration. Whenever I was very thin, it looked horrible because I had no muscle tone. Now that I am a bit heavier but carrying muscle on me, everything looks more proportioned. Just keep up your workout and be sure to strength train if you want a toned look. You shouldn't really try to compare yourself to others though, because everyone's body type is unique! Just compare your body to past versions of yourself in order to figure out what your "happy weight" is. Good luck!0 -
Well, to look more "toned and fit" like you want, get to that strength training! Not gonna look fit without muscle.0

I've never really been lower than my current weight of 122! But I'm thinking that my goal weight is around 110, but my body seems to want to keep some xtra fat and stay at 122....I will try strength training soon as well hopefully
