Hitting the Mid-30 Spread!

Hello. I've hit my mid-30's and have noticed that a nice bulge has settled around my mid area. I'm also in the National Guard and need to stay physically fit for other reasons, so this website has helped me in tracking my exercise and calories. It has been too easy to eat junk early in the day, forget and have more junk at night with the family. Now that I have been logging on and logging my food intake, I can see where the calories where coming from and now how to lose those unwanted and unneeded calories. :smile:
