There aren't any foods that will boost metabolism. It's not so much the types of food you eat, it's the AMOUNT. I lost all my baby weight in 10 months eating pizza, chicken alfredo and burgers. It's all about eating fewer calories than you are expending. Only now, as I'm focusing on strength and body composition am I paying attention to the kinds of food to eat.
ETA: Obviously not eating nothing BUT alfredo and burgers, lol. Just thought I'd throw that out there to clarify before some moron tries to get cute.0 -

Eat a deficit and if you need to reach your goal with in a short time period, then you should of started earlier.0

Fast way? There isn't one that's healthy...
Calories in < Calories out. Period.
You can lose 4lbs+ a month by burning 500 calories a day more than you take in.
Treat exercise like a currency. You need it to spend calories on food...if you're broke, you can't eat!
But seriously, don't rush it. I drop maybe 2 lb a month now.0
