Anyone else experience this? I know it's due to lack of motivation etc. but the past (AT LEAST) there times I have lost weight it seems my "weight rut " is 245 it seems every time I Hit that mark I slowly go back to old.habits and gain and I have been Yoyoing between 245 and 265 for a while.now. Has this happened to you? How did you finally stay motivated and get.over the.hump?
