NSV - 1st time to exercise after injury

I hurt my side/back pretty bad a month ago, had to go to doctor and physio therapist. Am doing much better, and I just got the courage to exercise again for the first time since I hurt myself. Did 30 day shred and didn't re-injure myself! Totally going to try again tomorrow.

(edit: doctor said spine/vertebrae etc. was all fine, no major injury, and physio therapist told me to do any exercise I liked that didn't hurt or make it hurt worse, so have the "o.k." to exercise)

    Congrats to you! Do be careful though I'd hate to see you cause a setback. One day at a time, one healthy decision all through that day and you'll reach the finish line with a smile.
