Diet tip that works for me

I get up frequently due to a really bad back + I crave sweet stuff late at night (and it's not out of hunger either). Recently I have bought those sugar free lollies the Double "D" smash them up into chips and just one or two and that seems to satisfy my cravings and just have a chip or two when I get up. I also sip water throughout the night that seems to help too. I know there must be other people out there that have this problem too I say give it a go . Cheers
