PLEASE HELP!!

I have been ill all day and felt extremely sick so I didn't eat tea. I've continued to feel sick but have now woke up at 2am (still awake at 3:30) and I am feeling really bad, and hungry and thirsty. But if I put Nything in its going t make me be sick! I hate being sick, I am the worst ever! What do I do? Eat or not ????!!! Please help!

Suck on some ice cubes. It will get some fluids in you without making your stomach want to toss it back up. Ginger is supposed to ease nausea, too. So some ginger ale or ginger tea could help.0

Try an icellloy.
Sip iced drinks.

Eat whatever makes you feel better!! You cannot starve while sick.. try to stay away from processed food0

make chicken broth..i usually add a pinch of powdered ginger and garlic to it to help add something into my system without being too harsh0

When your stomach is upset, it's best to eat things that are easy on the digestive system like dry toast, plain rice, crackers, applesauce. Try to keep protein and fat intake low as they're harder to digest. Drinking ginger ale can help too.0

I had an upset stomach a couple weeks ago. I put a piece of fresh ginger in some warm water and sipped it. within an hour my stomach ache was gone!0
