Hello, everyone. I just signed up because I have heard good things about this site. I want to begin the journey to a healthier me. I am currently weighing at 212. I would really like to see 130-150. I just dont know where to start. I recently started a few months ago trying to add some activitiy in my life so I started walking. It is so much harder when you dont feel obligated to do something, so I thought I would join a gym. So I did on 10/31/13. I have to admit that I have not been going like I should. It seems like when I try to loss weight, I gain more. Since I tried to do something different, I have gained an additional 8 pounds in 3 months. I weigh the most I ever have in my life and I dont want to see the number continue to get bigger. I have seen on this site where individuals have lost a great amount of weight, I just need some support and ideas to help me. I am a single mother of a beautiful 6 year old. I need the energy to keep up with him.
