Editing a food entry.

I made a mistake on one of the items i've entered in the lunch food entry, how do i edit out this mistake as an edit button isnt obvious to me

click on the food entry, and a window will pop up and you can edit the entry.

to completely delete it there is a red button all the way to the right of the entry.
