I THINK I CAN , I THINK I CAN!!!

HI EVERYONE,


JUST LOOKING FOR A LITTLE SUPPORT. IM A 49 YEAR OLD GRANDMOTHER 201 LBS AND JUST STARTED T25 YESTERDAY, DAY 2 I'M SORE AS ALL GET OUT, I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO DO THE WHOLE WORKOUT WITHOUT THE MODIFIER, (THAT JUST SHOWS ME JUST HOW OUT OF SHAPE I REALLY AM)...I HAVE STRUGGLED WITH MY WEIGHT SINCE THE BIRTH OF MY FIRST CHILD 29 YEARS AGO, I HAVE YO YO DIETED FOR YEARS, I WOULD LOSE 30, 40 AND EVEN AT ONE TIME 100 LBS ONLY TO GAIN MOST OF IT BACK.

MY BIGGEST STRUGGLE IS EATING WHEN I SHOULD, I HAVE SKIPPED BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FOR MANY MANY YEARS, SO ITS HARD FOR ME TO EAT EVERY TWO HOURS LIKE THE T25 DIET SUGGEST TO GET MY METABOLISM WORKING, BUT IM TRYING, I'M GOING TO KEEP GOING UNTIL I REACH MY GOAL, WEIGHT ISNT AS MUCH AS AN ISSUE TO ME THAN BEING FIT, I DONT CARE WHAT MY WEIGHT IS AS LONG AS IM HEALTHY AND SOLID/LEAN NO FAT (DONT GET ME WRONG I WOULD LONG TO BE 130 LBS AGAIN LOL)

WELL JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE SOME OF MY THOUGHTS WITH YOU ALL, THIS ISNT AN EASY TASK FOR ME SO KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS!!!
