Need Toned Legs - Help!

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for suggestions on how to tone the upper outer thigh/hip area for a woman. I already run a little, do steps, bike, lift legs 2x p/week including lunges (normal squats hurt my lower back). (I workout hard about 4x p/week and inline skate for 8 mo out of the year.) It's this annoying crap that a lot of women get as they get older, but I've never had skinny legs so it's pretty nasty even now in my 30s. It sucks! Help I'm heading to a beach in 3 weeks!
