Gravity Training System ?

So back before my surgery when I was a gym junkie, other than yoga, this was my addiction! Im about to get back in the gym scene and if they had GTS class every day, I would do it every day! I know it wont take a week back at the gym and I'll be just as obsessed as before about it! Question is I cant find anything about it on this site and Im wondering about calories burned? Does anone know or know how I can find out?

The only exercise I know that uses gravity is by using what's called the TRX. They hang from the ceiling and you grip on the handles and extend out to exercise. I LOVE it!

Im hoping to renew my membership and get back in the swing asap. Im thinking a heart rate monitor may be the best way to get an accurate count. Only way I can think of :)

My YMCA has the Fitlinxx system, and I used the Gravity machine for the first time today. I did 25 minutes, and when I logged it in Fitlinxx, it told me that was 450 calories. Not sure how accurate that is.
