Hey everyone here at MFP. I've been on this site for about a week. I am really trying to lose weight and get my butt back into shape. I am 5' 3" and around 168 pounds. I have a small frame (if I wasn't so over weight). I am really trying hard to accomplish my goals and to become proud of my body once again. I find motivation by looking at others results! ^-^ I am currently counting calories and trying out Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred. I am on day 7 and I love it! The only thing about the program I hate is my knees hurts. I am a full time college student. I am on my second year at my university. I am just so sick of being so out of shape. I bike ride a lot around my campus. Thanks for reading my post!

    Good luck. You will do it. All you need to do is want it than you are half way there.
