I was wondering, when I search a food item on MFP (salmon for instance) there are usually a few different choices. I usually just put in grilled salmon and every one I choose comes up a different calorie count with the same weight. Which one would you suggest I use when going generic on a food item? Also, is there a way to enter the grams on a food item after I weigh it? example: 125grams of brussel sprouts?
