Reintroducing myself to Myfitnesspal

Hello everyone! I'm Veronica, 25, and a new mom. I'm not a stranger to fitness, but eating clean is a totally different story. I've decided to stop ruining my progress at the gym with a diet that wasn't terrible, per se, but cluttered with processed food and sugar here and there. I must say ... the results of that decision have been very positive. I have recently started paying very close attention to what I put into my body and it has been paying off! I've lost 17lbs and I can already see a difference in the mirror and in my clothing. I'd like to use Myfitnesspal as motivation as well as a way to be accountable for everything I decide to eat these days. I look forward to meeting more of you who feel the same about nutrition, overall health, and fitness!
