Question about Galloway 5k Training Schedule

I've normally done C25k but just heard about this and thought I would give it a try. I have a quick question though...for each day a week it gives you a different exercise, but on the run day it says run X number of minutes. (I will use "run 15 minutes" as an example)...Does that mean in total with running and walking intervals go 15 minutes or run for 15 minutes with the walking breaks (so if I was running 15 minutes, I might do run 5 minutes, walk 1, repeat 3 times because that would have me "running" for 15 minutes)?
