Hello everyone, I just discovered my fitness pal on Monday. I'm loving it, ive attempted keeping a food journal but always quit doing it. I love the system here, just add a food and it does all the figuring for you It's GREAT!! I've been overwieght most of my life, I lost wieght in my early twenties and again in my early 30's when my husband died in a car accident. The last couple of years I have balooned to 222 lbs from 135. Hopefully I will make some great friends here who know what I'm going through.....
