I have decided to start right after Thanksgiving to get back on track....I kinda think im doing ok, but I have found one problem. I cant seem to get my calories high enough without making other things go over. I am looking for alternate foods to boost my caloric intake while keeping the fat, sugar, and carbs down and other nasty's down. Any idea's?
