HI im kelly ive justed started MFP and actually enjoy it. i come to work everyday creating my food diary which is soo useful and enjoy watching what i eat, instead of thinking OH DAMN I CANT HAVE THAT,... or can i?" i think.. "that wont help my calories and i only have so many available" and i find something else to eat or do. I never really enjoyed water either.. but its kinda fun putting up the glasses. ive lost 1.4kgs since sunday and officially lost .5 since monday, i know its probably fluid but if i can stay this positive it wont be long till i reach my goal.
id love to find some people to chat to i really hope it will help the positive thinking, which i think is have the battle of losing weight.
