What is your favorite meal replacement shake?

Hello,
I'm looking into meal replacement shakes to help me not get ravenous at work. I work in a doggy daycare and don't get breaks (which is illegal in my state, but moving on) and can't have food out with the dogs, obviously, but I'm allowed to have drinks. I end up feeling faint, irritable, and extremely hungry between breakfast and lunch and lunch and getting off, and was thinking one of these meal replacement shakes would be the way to go.
I have a lot of trouble eating enough in the mornings because I don't like many breakfast foods like oatmeal and tend to feel sick if I eat much in the morning. Lunch I usually get enough to hold me out until the end of the day. I also thought it might be a sneaky way to get more fiber and veggies in my diet since I don't really like many veggies.
I tried Garden of Life Vanilla Chai mix, and while it didn't taste great, it didn't taste bad, and 8 oz kept my hunger levels less drastic so I didn't turn to eating chocolate and other junk for a quick fix.
I don't have a blender and I'm not buying one. Likewise, I am not going to buy, store, and make my own smoothies. I'm just not willing to put the money/effort into it. I just want something I can stir up in a cup of water and call it good.

GNC premixed, lean shakes, strawberry is the bomb, only 2g sugar, 20+grams protein, under 200 cals, under 8 g carbs, added minerals such as iron, vit a, c etc
I drink half in morning if I workout and other half 30 mins after I workout to optimize. Gnc just had 40% off cyber Monday!so stocked up.

I'm not sure if they are available where you are but I really love Nutramino Protein Shakes. You can get pre-mixed or a tub of powder.0

I tend to mix the Garden of Life with stuff and I love it. I mix the chocolate with 1/2 a banana and a tbsp of peanut butter. I mix the vanilla with a splash of Silk Fruit and Protein.0

This looks like kind of what I want, though the pre-mixed ones are too expensive for me. However reviews are saying that the powders are easy to mix, and it has a lot of flavor choices. 200 cals is a little more than I wanted but it's still less than buying a bar of chocolate every day and eating that instead, of course!
Edit: Looks like Sam's Club and maybe Costco too has better prices.0
