Boys how to lose weight?

I 170cm, weight 130 pounds, students say I'm fat, I want to lose weight, do not know how effective? It seems that my metabolism is slower, less likely to be hungry, what a way to lose weight healthy point?

    You don't need to lose weight . Stop caring what shyt people say and maybe start tracking calories and giving your body the nutrition it needs together with exercise . Work out your TDEE and eat at that while monitoring your weight . If you gain (eat less) . If you lose (eat more) until your weight stabilizes

    Um, at 5ft7 and 130 lbs, you're NOT fat dear. Your classmates are being *kitten*. The important thing is how do YOU feel about yourself? You're already at a healthy weight, so if you don't like how your body looks, then make it look better through strength training.
