so im trying to gain weight but I belive the site has my calorie intake much lower then it should be I think this is happening becuse when I calculate on my own im adding in calories becuse I am both pregnant and nurseing but I cant find a way to let the site know this information. can this be added in or do i just need to keep it in mind when it says that iv eaten to much that my goal is actually higher then whats listed.
(it whouldnt be that big of a deal but the red marks are a bit of a mental trigger for me which is slightly counter productive since im here becuse i need to weigh more)

Click on MY Home then go to GOALS below it. Click CHANGE GOALS, then select Custom and click Continue. This will let you put in what you want for your calorie intake and you can adjust the percentages of F/P/C to meet what you prefer.0
