  • I haven't had lunch yet but I will be having:

    Fat Free Smoked Ham and fat free cheese with 1 tsp mustard, lettuce,tomato on whole wheat
    3 baby dill pickles
    Cantalope

    I'm going to have a 6 oz. baked chicken breast and some mixed vegetables, and maybe a diet soda....

    I made myself:

    3/4 c. shredded chicken
    3/4 c. broccoli
    1/2 c brown rice
    all tossed w/ 2tbsps of Teryiaki Marinade....soooo good!
  • 50 calorie all natural turkey breast on a smart and delicious soft wrap..with lettuce and spicy mustard...
    165 calories... water and some baby carrots...

  • 2 oz deli-shaved roast beef
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    2 Cups mixed baby greens

    1 campbells soup at hand vegetable medley
    1 100 calorie pack of pop secret
    1 medium apple
    32 oz water
