So, for the past two months school has been very busy and stressful which has lead to me not exercising and no eating properly as well. However, while I was still eating semi healthy and exercising regularly, my weight loss had stalled for about a month prior to that. I was eating about 1450 calories. Now for the past month I've been eating up to as much as 1800-2000 calories a day, but I haven't gained any weight. I guess I'm just confused as to why I wasn't losing at less calories but not gaining while I was eating more calories. I've stayed in the same range of 145-148 the whole time. What could be the reason for this?
