Ok, so a little advice that even I have a hard time following sometimes. If you're like me, you become really hungry after working out. Now, in order to not completely destroy my calorie-count for the day I have to be careful about eating after my exercise. I'm telling you that even when I eat my lunch, I'm still really really hungry if it's after a work-out...for about 15 min. It takes your body about 15 min to catch up with your brain. If you just wait...drink water or sip green tea...read emails, whatever...in 15 min you'll feel less hungry. Really does work. Try it.

I used to do that before. Difference is I do it on my stopwatch. I set it on until its 20 mins.0

I just make sure that there's an apple and some water handy. That usually does it for me.0
