Question about weightloss, exercise, and being sick

So I have been sick the past three days and have not been able to go to the gym in 5 days. Two were because I was busy (though I compensated one day by playing Just Dance 4 for 2 hours at 11pm Saturday) and the other 3 is because of me being sick. I am very religious with going to the gym 5 days a week, 2 hours at a time. That being said it had me questioning my weigh in this Friday. Will not going to the gym, though I am still eating healthy foods at my calorie deficit, if not less because of being sick which is all stomach related, have an affect on weight loss? Will I not lose as much because of not going to the gym? I hope this is not a dumb question and thank you for anyone who can help answer this question!

weight loss comes mostly from diet
working out makes you feel better- be better and stronger.
but your weight loss is a function of your diet- shouldn't be dependent on the working out.0 -
Worry about all that later. No, don't worry about it at all, just concentrate on eating enough and healing. You shouldn't work out when you are sick anyway, so it's a moot point.
Get back to your routine when you are well again.0
