I was just cleaning out old emails (ie: procrastinating real work) and i dug up a REALLY old, REALLY fat picture... my finger paused over the delete button just long enough to decide to bare it all to my MFP and show myself how far i really have come....So here it is (*cringe*)

I'm not sure how much I actually weighed here...I do know it was somewhere around 190-200 (i avoided the scale like the plague) and about 5 years ago...



These were both this summer, and roughly 10 pounds higher than I am currently (150-155). I'm at a plateau, but as soon as that bedroom is finished and painted, my @ss will be back to working out (and eating better!)





...and now that I've faced my fears and posted that picture, I'm deleting all trace of it from my email

Thanks everyone!! I thought I had gotten rid of all of my fat pictures...kinda glad this one was still hiding out there- it gave me a little boost of motivation to keep pushing
