Just drink the soda, and stop feeling guilty. You're doing nothing wrong. If it's important to you to cut down on sugar, then you'll do it, but lifestyle changes sometimes take time. Stop beating yourself up about it and enjoy your cokes.0

It's not good for you, but you know that already. One thing at a time. Get into a good groove with your diet, then cut from daily to every other, then every third. Eventually you can get rid of it altogether or just have it as an occasional treat.
I used to be a Diet Coke addict. Now I have one a week or less but crave unsweetened ice tea all of the time. I guess that's a better vice.0
