Glad to be back on track w/ MFP. I'm a 40-ish female with high hopes and a lot of motivation. When I first heard of MFP from my best and dearest friend, I thought this was going to be too much trouble--but it's so NOT! I'm excited to be in step with a lot of people who are looking to lose weight, gain health and enjoy life to the fullest!

I am two days on track and going for #3. I have 100+ lbs to lose and will be looking at different groups to join.

Today I just want to encourage anyone who needs to know--YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

(Ok, I know it's a little over the top, but hey, gotta keep the motivation movin'. ) :wink:
