Does anyone know if it's possible to be addicted to caffeine? I've tried giving it up, and have done so for short bursts.

yes, attended rehab for a month then gave up and continue drinking coffee with energy drinks :drinker:0

ps. my doc said am psychologically addicted to coffee and my body is physically addicted do caffeine that's y he sent me to rehab but i guess am not ready to reduce the intake0
