General Fitness and Settings Advise?

Hey,
i'm almost at my goal weight, but i'm noticing that i have a lot of muscle under a baby layer of fat and I want my abs to be slightly visible! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how not to eat too much and gain fat but enough to feed my muscles? I'm just kinda confused about the whole thing. Can someone please explain it to me? & then, how do i put all of that information into the calorie generator? HALP!!! >.<

I can't offer very much help, but maybe eating some healthy nuts would work. I don't change settings, let defaults based on profile entries guide me.0
