I need advice, honesty, and support!

where to start!
Well, first of all.. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO START!
I am turning 21 on the 13th, & I finally want to become, the fit, healthy girl, I always said I`ve wanted to be! but yes, I have NO clue where to even begin. I have Apps on my Iphone, but I don't use them enough! Most of them are actually quite good, compared to just trying to keep track yourself.
I`d like to know if there are any great programs I can try! I do not workout, but I stand, walk, and lift boxes, most of the day, due to my job!
So my questions will vary, from everyone else's responses.

    What do you want to do? Lose weight? Gain weight? General fitness?

    You're 21, how tall are you, how much do you weigh?

    Work out (or let us know) what your goals are and we may be able to give you some idea of how/where to start :)
