:happy: My name is Mona and I am on the third day of the 17 day diet and decided to use this app to help keep track of my eating and how many calories I am consuming each day. Married with 3 girls all out of the house but Mom in Law (depression with mental catatonic side affects) and my Father (dimentia) live with us so house is not our own. Hubby is GREAT and we will be married 35 years this coming January.

If anyone else is doing the 17 day diet (cycle 1) I would welcome any advice and/or recipes that involve basic foods. I am not a gourmet so I will not have crazy ingredients and I cannot handle too much spice. Any one else doing/have done this diet? I am diabetic and lactose intolerant so this diet should be good for me and my health.
