Low Cal Ice Cream Sandwiches
This is courtesty of the Biggest Loser Cookbook, and with help from Apehead1 on MFP it is even more low cal.
Take i packet of no name dessert topping dry mix and prepare with skim milk as per package directions. Refrigerate.
Take 2 tablespoons of the prepared dessert whipped topping and place on a graham wafer and top with another graham wafer.
Make as many as you like and freeze in a container for up to six weeks. When it is frozen it tastes just like an ice cream sandwich.
Mine worked out to 70 cals each using low fat graham wafer cookies.
Enjoy.

There so good and sometimes I add just a bit broken tiny pieces of 90% cocco to it.
Just also right now wondered if I added a bit of cocco to the whipped topping how that would taste?
The cocco I buy is only 15 calories per tablespoon0 -
Yummm Cocoa. I LOVE chocolate I have to try that too!! I still haven't made the jello. I did buy it though, so that is next.0
