Where are all the girls out there who want to gain muscle?

I've fallen in love with lifting, anyone have tips on how to blast fat and gain lots of lean muscle mass?

I highly recommend Stronglifts 5x5 or Starting Strength. Both advocate low number of reps and higher weights (esp. high compared to what women are "normally" told to lift). It's a great way to gain muscle as quickly as possible, especially if you haven't been lifting you will see a lot of gains quickly. Also, make sure you are eating an adequate number of calories and protein. Usually 1 gram protein per pound of lean body mass is recommended.0

Thanks! yeah i've been trying to consume as much protein for my calorie budget as possible, today I got like 118 grams yay
