Goal Setting and Exercise

With the holidays approaching and with exercise goals increasing, the first place to start is to have effective goals. I feel that setting goals geared around weight-loss and only weight-loss sets one up for not the best outcomes. I wrote an e-book about goat setting and exercise as a means for health.
