Getting back on the horse...

A little on my background: My journey started 2 years ago. I started, lost 10 lbs, then I stopped for 6 months. Maintained until last December, then I started getting serious with FitnessPal after going to Vegas and seeing all the thin women going to the clubs. In April, I found out I have Hashimoto's Disease (most common cause of Hypothyroidism). So, after I found out what was wrong, I lose weight a bit easier. The bulk of my loss has been from April to September. Went from 245 to 223. I stopped caring when I hit 223.... the weird thing is that I've eaten and drunken like a hedonist, but I've only gained 2 lbs.

So in short, although I haven't gained weight, I feel and look like I was 260 when I was my heaviest. I keep trying to get back into tracking and I know what to eat, but then I crave some pork nachos and a pile of fries and godiva chocolates on top! Started again 2 weeks ago, did well, went to Vegas, and I feel crappy again.

I really want to get in shape!

What do you guys do when you lose your way?
