How should I be lifting for sleek arms? (Female)

I want sleek SMALL arms. I undertand you can't target a certain zone for weight loss but I'm dieting and working out so losing fat all over. I've seen my arms lose some fat and I'm happy with that. I do cardio at least 4x a week and weight training 3x a week.
At the gym I always see 2 types of for girls.
Type A is very thin but has muscle definition in her arms and legs and it's looks like the kind of body I want.
Type B is also noticeably fit but a little thicker but NOT FAT. Stomach is flat and all the she just looks a tad bulkier and her arms a little bigger than id like.
I see both types using weights but don't pay enough attention to know there workout.
I do not want a bulkier figure but more of a sleek figure with muscle definition. How do I achieve this?
My usual routine is 3 different bicep exercises and 3 different tricep exercises
3 sets each. 12-15 reps. Once I get to 20 reps each set with no problem I go up in weights
Is that okay or should I do more reps? I get bored with too many.
Any advice appreciated
Thanks

agreed, you don't want isolation exercises, you want comprehensive ones such as push ups. if you do use weights, go high # of reps and low weight0 -

Lift heavy. Keep losing weight. The extra "bulk" you see on the thicker girls is due to having more body fat than the thinner girls. Lose body fat and your arms, as well as the rest of you, will get smaller.0
