Struggling

I am struggling to get past 190. I was only eating 1500 calories a day for months and doing cross-fit 3 times a week. I noticed that I had finally hit a standstill and decided to lower my calorie intake to 1200 a day and do 30 mins of cardio a day and I still do crossfit 3x a week, and I have now added spin class 2x a week, I have been doing that for 3 weeks now, and I have yet to see even an ounce come off. What am I doing wrong? I am 5ft 5 inches and weight currently at 189-190 depending on the day. I just need to know how to get off this hill.

  • I hear yah Hun....I lost 5 now nothin and I'm still doing the program as I was...ism frustrated too I have no idea what it will take to get the weight loss going again or maybe I'll wake up on morning and be down 2lbs..that has happened to me too..nothing then all of a sudden...lbs gone...hang in there your not alone.
