What does MFP say your BMI and BMR are?
BMR = 1968kcal/day
BMI = 25.4 (slightly unhealthy)
You can find this information under the APPS tab above you. What are yours?
* Disclaimer: These are very rough and should only be used as a guide, don't panic if you are told you are unhealthy, you probably won't drop dead tomorrow.
As a side note MFP reckons my target weight range is 68.2 - 92.2kg (150 - 203lb) which suggests I am a kilo and a half fatter than the fattest healthy person should be at my height. I don't think too many 192cm tall people (6' 3) are as light as 68.2kg. I think I would have serious problems if I were that thin.
