What to get started with?

I decided to work out again.
Now I need to know how to get back on track.
Last time I started with 30 day shred, and it was really what got me into working out.

Any good at home videos you guys can recommend?

    Tae Bo workouts are really effective. It changed my life drastically in 2011 as I lost 45 lbs. FitnessBlender workouts on youtube are really good as well but my favourite one will always be Tae Bo :)

    I also love Tae Bo. I am lifting heavy now, but I started with NerdFitness doing body weight strength training. It really makes a difference in a few weeks.
