Trying to get to next level.

I started a little over a year ago. I lost about 125 pounds on a strict diet and exercise program. My nutritionist managed me off of that diet and I rebounded a few pounds, which was normal. It seems to be under control now and I am back on normal foods with moderation controls. I maintain my exercise program. I just want to get the scales moving downward again. I would like to lose another 50 pounds. Suggestions? Feel free to friend me to see my diary.

    Eat less and/or exercise more. Let us know which part you need help with. Include specifics about what you currently do.
