I've been making protein smoothies for breakfast. I drink them on the way to work. I normally put blueberries, greek yogurt, a banana, flax seed, almond milk, sometimes spinach, and EAS Lean 15 protein powder. It works for me0

Oatmeal, or yogurt with fruit.0

Get some good quality bread, one that has seeds for protein etc in it, not a "diet" one.
On a slice of toast put:
peanut butter or other nut butter
cottage cheesee with a smear of yeast extract (Marmite)
half a ripe avocado, smooshed
a slice of ham
half a can of sardines
slice of smoked salmon
slice of hard cheese such as cheddar with a sliced pickle.
There you, go, that's one week's worth.
If you have a microwave and 2 minutes you can make scrambled eggs. Add mushrooms, ham, tomatoes, spinach etc for variety.
You can make overnight oats - soak oats in fruit juice or milk or yoghurt overnight in the fridge, Add fruit and nuts to taste. if you google that one you'll get some very pretty pictures.0 -
Use your free time to cook up big batches of things for the week. Hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, breakfast casserole, egg cups...the options are endless really. As far as calories go, you can always tweak ingredients for lower fat/calories by using lower fat dairy and leaner meats and bulk up with veggies. Have fun experimenting.
P.S. Think outside the box. Just because it's morning doesn't mean you HAVE to have eggs or cereal or a bagel. Have leftovers from dinner, make sandwiches. It doesn't really matter what you eat.0 -
Egg, dash milk, bit of herbs - beat lightly with fork, put in microwave proof bowl, microwave for 1 min - eat0

Shakes! I have this one every day: chocolate almond milk, sweet potato, quick-cooking oats, protein powder, and vitamin powder all blended up. But, you can put 1,001 different things in yours. Definitely fast. If you really really have no time, you can put it together the night before in the blender cup. In the morning take it out, blend it for 2 minutes, bam -- breakfast.0

I have porridge, or I buy frozen prepped fruit, which defrosts by the time I get to work.0
