Does anyone have that chart handy that describes the timeline for when weight loss is noticeable (to you and others)?
I think it started out saying that you notice changes at 4 weeks and so on and so forth.
Anyone? :flowerforyou:

No, sorry. My chart is my mirror. It also depends on a lot - how many times a week you work out, what type of workouts and of course what and how much you eat. I was doing P90X about 4 times a week and playing competitive Volleyball twice a week and eating fairly healthy, I really noticed about 60 days in and just kept getting better!
-I'm struggling a little right now for so many reasons and some lame excuses.
Goodluck and you can do it!0 -

Oh, I know it varies. I was just interested in the chart because I remembered seeing it somewhere and found it interesting.0
