A "Hello" to the forum

Hello everyone :-)

Thought I'd introduce myself to the forum.

I'm currently on a bit of a fitness and weight loss mission. I'm getting married next September so I'm trying to get in shape in preparation for then.

I started my health kick on 15th November 2013 at a weight of 11st 3. I'm now 10st 9 after completing 17 days of the 30 Day Shred. I'm shredding 4/5 times per week with rest days, and will be moving onto Level Three very soon!

This is my progress so far - Day One, Day Nine and Day Fifteen -

Any other brides out there? Or anyone else doing 30 Day Shred? :smile:
