Hi everyone

I've just discovered this site and it looks really friendly and useable!

I started with my weight loss about 3 weeks ago after seeing some gross pictures of me at a friends birthday party.

I've set a goal weight of 27lbs to lose (have lost 5lbs already) but my ideal weight is about 14lbs more! I don't usually mind being 14lbs overweight, but I'll revisit the option when I get there....lol

I'm a life-long yo-yo dieter so this is not new to me. What IS new is sharing my story with other kindred spirits. I'm hoping that by revealing myself I'll be able to stay accountable and not just say 'sod it' after I lose 10lbs, which is pretty much what I've been doing for the last 2 years! I'd really love to meet my goal weight by xmas, but according to this site, that's impossible....lol they have targeted my weight loss at 0.8lbs per week, which although realistic, is just too slow for me.

I think my main problem is consistency and weekends!!

Anyway, feels good revealing just that much for anyone interested. Would be good to share your story too :)

    iv been doing the same i would start on a weight loss plan lose so much then pack it in cause i couldnt be bothered anymore but i have found with this site that people are really there to push you thru the tough times.
