26 Days left in 2013...how do you plan to make them count?

January 1st is a day when so many people re-commit to a healthier lifestyle and set goals for the year. Today is December 5th and we have 26 days left in 2013 - why not start now and get a head start on the new year? There's so much time to make better choices and get into healthier habits now that set us up for a great 2014.

My goals for the next 26 days include:

- hitting my protein (140g) and fiber (40g) goals
- Stronglifts 5X5 three days a week
- having a protein-filled breakfast

What are you planning to do to set yourself up for a great 2014?

    i created a december challenge to stay on track for the entire month. we know how this time of year can get out of hand... so i partnered up with someone who checks my diary and my workout log each day and holds me accountable. if i am in the red... then i am penalized... same as him. if you are interested let me know i will send you an invite to the group
